Our full management service includes all the items listed under the tenant find service, plus:

  • Arranging a fully detailed inventory of the property contents, listing all the owner’s items, their condition and the colours and decorative state of each room
  • Arrange for all relevant service and safety checks to be carried out and to pass on relevant certificates to the tenants  
  • Sign the tenancy agreement on your behalf and accept service of any notices
  • Check – in inspection within 72 hours of your property becoming occupied
  • Transferal of deposit monies to deposit protection service
  • Monthly rent collection and transfer of payments to owners
  • Regular financial statements
  • Regular visits and condition reports during the tenancy and throughout any void periods
  • Routine maintenance and repairs
  • Problem handling and emergency repairs
  • Re-marketing of the property towards the end of a tenancy term in order to minimise any void periods and maximize income
  • A pre-check out inspection ensuring the  property is coming back the way it was found and ready for the next tenant.
  • Final end-of-tenancy check out inspection, obtaining keys and organising deposit repayment (less any negotiated sum for dilapidation)
