Our full management service includes all the items listed under the tenant find service, plus:

Arranging a fully detailed inventory of the property contents, listing all the owner’s items, their condition and the colours and decorative state of each room

Arrange for all relevant service and safety checks to be carried out and to pass on relevant certificates to the tenants

Sign the tenancy agreement on your behalf and accept service of any notices

Check – in inspection within 72 hours of your property becoming occupied

Transferal of deposit monies to deposit protection service
